As referenced, the sampling event of the EnviroServer <br /> 1200 that serves the Carmelo Industrial Park facility for this Study was determined to have a high <br /> concentration of nitrate in the system effluent before discharge to the on-site filter bed. The . <br /> operator of the EnviroServer, Mr. Bernie Dietz, diagnosed a problem with its operation and re- <br /> sampled the effluent after making adjustments. . <br /> The following report is Mr. Dietz's narrative explaining the apparent cause of the high nitrate <br /> concentration, and his remedy of the problem.
