1
3.) The wood planks for the stairs leading up to the Imhoff-Tank have been replaced
and the lower half of the staircase planks have had grip-paper tacked onto the
surface of the planks as a precautionary safety measure.
1
4.) The perimeter walkway at the Imhoff-Tank had all planks replaced from last
inspection. General overview of the area demonstrates that the plant is being well
maintained.
The waste water is transported via gravity flow to a series of ponds that are f
located west across the freeway. The pond water color was observed and noted to
have a distinct brownish-green color most likely due to lack of aerators and weed
growth within the pond area(s). A weekly perimeter check of the ponds shall be
conducted by the operator and logged. No presence of gopher holes was observed. i
M
5.) All other area(s) of routine maintenance and operations appear to be functioning
within San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. A copy of the inspection report
and a referral to the Central Valley-Regional Water Quality Control Board shall
be forwarded as a professional courtesy to validate the second bi-annual
inspection has been conducted.
