The wood planks for the stairs leading up to the Imhoff-Tank have been replaced <br /> and the lower half of the staircase planks have had grip-paper tacked onto the <br /> surface of the planks as a precautionary safety measure. <br /> 1 <br /> 4.) The perimeter walkway at the Imhoff-Tank had all planks replaced from last <br /> inspection. General overview of the area demonstrates that the plant is being well <br /> maintained. <br /> The waste water is transported via gravity flow to a series of ponds that are f <br /> located west across the freeway. The pond water color was observed and noted to <br /> have a distinct brownish-green color most likely due to lack of aerators and weed <br /> growth within the pond area(s). A weekly perimeter check of the ponds shall be <br /> conducted by the operator and logged. No presence of gopher holes was observed. i <br /> M <br /> 5.) All other area(s) of routine maintenance and operations appear to be functioning <br /> within San Joaquin County Sewage Standards. A copy of the inspection report <br /> and a referral to the Central Valley-Regional Water Quality Control Board shall <br /> be forwarded as a professional courtesy to validate the second bi-annual <br /> inspection has been conducted.
