The San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed your submittal and has the following comments for <br /> your consideration. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) Onsite Wastewater Treatment <br /> System Standard (OWTS) Section 7.5 a certified license operator licensed pursuant to the California Water <br /> Code, Division 7, Chapter 9 with skill to cause the package treatment plan to be operated as designed, shall <br /> be available to operate the plant. JDS Service Station Inc is currently a package treatment system to which a <br /> certified operator is required. <br /> Your involvement with primary package treatment plants (PTP) such as Orenco Advantex, MicroSepTec, <br /> Norweco System has been taken into consideration.
