Woodward Ave <br /> Manteca, CA <br /> The Department of Housing and Community Development does agree to reinstate a <br /> Conditional Permit to Operate for the Islander Marina Mobilehome Park, ID# 39-0116 <br /> under the following listed conditions: <br /> 1. The operator agrees to reimburse the Department of Housing and Community <br /> Development for necessary time spent in investigative and administrative work to <br /> resolve the violations found at Islander Mobilehome Park in the amount of $2,993. <br /> This amount represents 36.5 hours at $82 per hour in accordance with T25, Ch. 2, <br /> Mobilehome Parks Act hourly fees. <br /> 2. The operator agrees to enter a Preliminary Injunction with the San Joaquin County <br /> District Attorney's office to provide potable water to all residents. All testing of the <br /> park water system shall be completed in accordance with the requirements of the <br /> Preliminary Injunction guidelines established by the San Joaquin County Health <br /> Department. <br /> 3. All necessary plans, permits to construct, reconstruct or repair the park water, sewer <br /> and electrical systems shall be obtained from the Department of Housing and <br /> Community Development and work commenced within eight weeks from the date <br /> this agreement is entered into. Operator agrees to pay all permit and inspection <br /> fees when submitting applications to construct. <br /> 4. All properties owned by this operator within the State of California will be maintained <br /> in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. <br /> 5. Operator agrees to allow HCD representatives full access to the park for inspections <br />
