Operator agrees that any <br /> further administrative hearings regarding the revocation of the conditional reinstatement <br /> of the PTO are waived in the event that the Department determines that there has not <br /> been substantive compliance consistent with this order. If the conditional reinstatement <br /> is cancelled, the residents will receive notice by way of a new revocation of the permit <br /> to operate being posted in the park and mailed to the Operator. After the successful <br /> completion of the ninety (90) day reinstatement period, any new revocation of the <br /> Permit to Operate will include the right to notice and an administrative hearing as <br /> otherwise provided by law. <br /> Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.
