Because there is no General Plan, a Master Plan, a Specific Plan, or a Special Purpose Plan <br /> specifying the width of this section of road, then section (e) 3 applies, which states, "If the existing right-of-way <br /> is equally divided by the original property line or section line, then the required dedication shall be no more <br /> than one-half ('/2) of the amount needed to achieve the total required road width." We are limited to the 5 foot <br /> dedication. <br /> The road widening on Ashley is per the County Improvement Standards for a 50' Rural Road.
