R5-2003-0713, FRANKS <br /> ONE STOP, 2072 W YOSEMITE AVE., MANTECA, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> On 25 January 2007, the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley <br /> Region (Regional Board) staff received a fax from Mr. James Ramsey (enclosed). The faxed <br /> letter requested information from Regional Board staff concerning recent sampling conducted <br /> under Cleanup and Abatement Order No. R5-2003-0713 (Order), which was issued pursuant <br /> to Water Code Section 13304 on 18 August 2003- Specifically, Mr. Ramsey (who stated in the <br /> fax that he is also acting for Mr. Frank Guinta) requested the following: <br /> I I <br /> most recent and immediately prior test and results for the following identifying the locations <br /> of the testing site(s)... <br /> ..Bacteriological Monitoring and testing of treated wells... <br /> ..MTBE concentrations and other testing of monitoring wells... <br /> ...Other testing or monitoring that may have been done... <br /> ...dates and who did the testing as well as who was present..." <br /> The requested analytical data for the most recent monitoring are enclosed. The laboratory <br /> sample number is the site address (e.g., 17950 is 17950 Airport Way- 2145 Is <br /> 2145 W. Yosemite Avenue- 495 is 495 N. Airport Way). The sampling was conducted by <br /> Regional Board staff and/or their contractor AquaScience Engineers Inc. on <br /> 28 November 2006, 6 December 2006. and 9 January 2007 <br /> Mr. Ramsey and Mr. Guinta also requested the following Information-. <br /> "...a complete accounting and detail of the work that has been done under the lien amounts. ... <br /> ...what is planned to be done and the costs are going to be (projected)... <br /> ...We also want a copy of any agreements or contracts that you have entered into with any <br /> third parties including the scope of work and the contract work costs <br /> Californiarnia Environmental Profection ..Igenc.r <br />
