Submit a legible copy of manifest 013187875FLE, and submit a statement documenting which <br /> waste stream written on the manifest accounts for the green substance observed leaking at <br /> the time of inspection. <br /> 2. Also, submit a copy of the lab analytical results for the off-white substances observed on the <br /> floor at the time of the inspection. <br /> Response to Item#102 (1): <br /> The green substance observed during the inspection was collected, the area was cleaned up, <br /> and the green substance and materials generated during cleanup were placed into the <br /> hazardous waste drum in accumulation area HWA-15. This drum was shipped off-site under <br /> Hazardous Waste Manifest 013187875FLE, a copy of which is included. The waste stream on <br /> the manifest is described in box 9b (1): NA3077, Hazardous waste, solid, n.o.s. (Chromium), 9, <br /> PGIII <br /> 1 <br />
