Jeff managed the <br /> completion of a phase one environmental site assessment for <br /> the Alameda Landing site. He also directed recent <br /> environmental characterization operations for the site, which <br /> was suspected of having been affected by naturally-occurring <br /> methane deposits within the subsurface. Working closely with <br /> innovative protocols, Jeff was able to demonstrate to <br /> regulatory oversight officials that expensive vapor intrusion <br /> mitigation systems were not necessary for proposed <br /> residential structures, potentially saving millions of dollars to <br /> the site developer.
