Fire Code Compliance : <br /> 1 . Prior to the beginning of the final design of the facility , the Developer shall consult with Mountain <br /> House Fire regarding emergency access to the proposed development . Vehicle Fees : MHCSD has drafted an agreement with Mountain House Developers , LLC <br /> ( Resmark ) to allow the District to withdraw the vehicle funds directly from the CFF/TIF payment . <br /> 5 . MHCSD Impact Fees ( CFF and TIF ) : Prior to issuance of each building permit , the Developer <br /> shall comply with the applicable requirements of the most current MHCSD adopted CFF and TIF <br /> Ordinances and Fees in effect at the time the building permit is issued . <br /> 6 . The Developer shall pay all other permitting fees as applicable at the time of issuance of building <br /> permits . <br /> 4 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ( Staff Contact : Alex Chetley, ( 209 ) 468 - 3000 ) <br /> a . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed . The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of the building permit application . <br /> b . The Regional Transportation shall be required when parcels are developed .
