In regards to Store 486: Elianna—Thank you for taking the time to talk to me the other day.As we discussed, since we have not heard back from you regarding my email of late on Weds., September 2, we are sending the RTC documentation for store 486, Stockton, CA. I understand you did not anticipate having much available time to complete your review of my 9/2 email and all the attachments before today, and today is your day off. But in order to respond before the RTC due date of 9/5/2020,we are submitting the attached response. As I noted below and Ms. Lane certifies in the attachment, and with all respect, we do not believe your observations constituted a violation of the requirement to make a waste determination.
