Renesha placed the mouth rinse in a bag labeled HW. The scanner stated the mouth rinse was to be placed in an AF HW tote. o Used paper towels labeled Ammonia Free Glass Plus Cleaner. Renesha stated that when employees use paper towels and glass cleaner to clean the facility windows or other facility areas, rather than throwing the used paper towels into the trash, employees place the paper towels into a bag,which will then be placed into a HW tote. o Used paper towels labeled Dawn Simply Clean. o Used paper towels labeled Cleaning Product. Renesha did not know which cleaning product the paper towels were used with. o*Used paper towels labeled HW and Window Cleaner Awesome. o Used paper towels in a dollar tree bag and labeled Haz Mat. Renesha did not know what the paper towels were used with. o Used paper towels. Renesha did not know what the paper towels were used with. Renesha placed the above mentioned items in their appropriate HW totes(except the Card Reader Cleaning Card). Renesha placed the unlabeled used paper towels in a CB HW tote, and the leaky energy drinks into an STOU HW tote. -Used paper towels were found inside a bag labeled"Stericycle°and"One Waste Per Bag,"located at register 2 at the front of the store. Renesha stated employees place the paper towels, used with Fabuloso or window cleaner to clean the facility, into the bag, and once the bag is full it is placed in a HW tote. Renesha placed the bag of paper towels in a CB HW tote at the time of inspection. (IMG 6444, 6446-9) -Renesha provided a list of employees who received hazardous material training in October and November of 2018 (IMG 6439-40). The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous waste are thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures. Provide proof of re-training and training materials to the EHD for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. This is a Class II violation.
