The most recent <br /> financial responsibility documents in CERS are dated 11/14/18. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload the required documents. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. <br /> -The UDC Monitoring section of the monitoring plans does not include a leak sensor manufacturer or model <br /> number <br /> -The personnel responsibilities section of the monitoring plan does not include the name and title of second person <br /> having responsibility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 124 CCR 2637.2(d&e), 2665(a&b)"Overfill Prevention Equipment Inspection Report Form" not submitted within 30 days <br /> of inspection. <br /> Overfill prevention testing was performed on 11/15/18 and a test report was not submitted to EHD. A copy of the <br /> test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
