Approximately 21 Tons of Iron Bromide found inside the Minor Ingredients Storage Shed and have not been reported to CERS chemical Inventory. Approximately 18 Tons of Forehearth-Iron Oixe found inside Warehouse C and have not been reported to CERS chemical Inventory. 500 gallons of Sodium Hydroxide and 55 gallons of CL-206 found in the Evaporator Building and have not been reported to CERS chemical Inventory. Oxygen gas is stored in Selecting Maintenance Area, Maintenance Shops, and Machine shops , and Blue Barn. The chemical inventory form only indicates this chemical stored in the Blue Barn Acetylene gas is stored in Selecting Maintenance Area, Maintenance Shops, Machine Shop, and Blue Barn.The chemical inventory form only indicates this chemical stored outside the Maintenance Shops. 800 gallons of Certincoat TC 100 Coating is stored inside the Blue Barn and the chemical inventory form does not include the"Blue Barn"as one of the storage locations. 300 gallons of KleenMold 170 is stored inside the Blue Barn and the chemical inventory form does not include the "Blue Barn"as one of the storage locations. The facility has a MAPP gas tank located North Side of the Plant.According to the Environmental Manager, Bill Boscacci the tank was purged while ago( Unknown date)with Nitrogen and contains Nitrogen Now.The facility could not return the tank to the supplier.The CERS chemical inventory is still reporting this chemical as a MAAP gas.The amount of Nitrogen inside the tank is unknown. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan with the accurate information. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval.
