THE <br /> FACILITY'S ANSUL SYSTEM WAS NOT TRIGGERED. FIRE DEPARTMENT PUT OUT FIRE USING DRY CHEMICAL <br /> WHICH CONTAMINATED INSIDE THE BUILDING. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival,we spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint. The manager stated that the fire occurred due to <br /> gasoline being poured on the door and it was verified with the red gas container that was found on site.The fire department <br /> extinguished the fire, however some residue from the extinguisher entered through the bottom of the door into the facility <br /> itself. The residue stayed close to the ground, not rising or adhering to any of the food preparation equipment.The manager <br /> began sweeping up the residue as we arrived on site, avoiding to allow the residue to rise.Advise to close door and remove <br /> all residue from inside first then remove the extinguisher residue from the outside.
