POOP IN THE CHIP AISLE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Visited facility with Program coordinator, in order to observe if a rodent infestation is occurring.The fence on the side of the <br /> facility has been repaired,this will allow the homeless to not enter or bring vermin with them as they enter.The back storage <br /> area has been cleaned up but due to the increasing over stock, it makes it difficult to observe the entire back area. Rodent <br /> droppings were still observed in the northern corner, near the employee lockers and a live rodent was observed caught on a <br /> sticky trap near the same area. We then inspected the retail area to observe if any rodent droppings can be spotted or if <br /> rodents have been gnawing on food products.
