Time In: 2:20 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:50 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: 7-ELEVEN INC#32190 Date: 10/09/2020 <br /> Address: 4943 S HWY 99 , STOCKTON 95215 <br /> Owner/Operator: 7-ELEVEN INC Telephone: (209)939-0679 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052782 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES NO ONE IS WEARING A MASK AND EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ENFORCING THE MASK <br /> MANDATE,THE RESTROOMS DO NOT HAVE PAPER TOWELS,AND THE CONTENTS OF THE TOILET LEAK ONTO <br /> THE FLOOR WHEN THE TOILET IS FLUSHED. STORE IS FILTHY OVERALL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint re-inspection. <br /> The manager stated that a plumber was called out the facility and a snake was ran through the plumbing system of the facility. <br /> Upon my arrival I observed the floor sink with no debris, contained debris beforehand, and all the toilets cleaned.
