STORE IS FILTHY OVERALL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> Upon arrival, associate on site stated that both restrooms have been not in operation for a few days and a"OUT OF <br /> SERVICE"was posted on both doors.The associate stated that the restroom had be flushed and when it was flushed, the <br /> water began to overflow from the toilet but also from a floor sink located outside of the restroom near the walk-in cooler. This <br /> occurred for both restrooms on site and staff had to use the restroom of another facility across the street.The Manager was <br /> called and stated that a plumber would be arriving on site at a later time of the day.
