STORE IS FILTHY OVERALL. VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of the food facility. OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS No Temperature Data Collected NOTES Complaint inspection. Upon arrival, associate on site stated that both restrooms have been not in operation for a few days and a"OUT OF SERVICE"was posted on both doors.The associate stated that the restroom had be flushed and when it was flushed, the water began to overflow from the toilet but also from a floor sink located outside of the restroom near the walk-in cooler. This occurred for both restrooms on site and staff had to use the restroom of another facility across the street.The Manager was called and stated that a plumber would be arriving on site at a later time of the day. Stated that facility can continue to operate but a plumber must resolve the issue today, no later than 3:00 PM. Will return to facility at a later time to observed if major violations have been corrected. Official inspection report mailed to facility. The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
