Any damage to the existing <br /> floors shall be repaired. Floors shall be up to code. <br /> Kitchen ceiling has black residue from swamp cooler. Clean and provide a new coat of paint by 1-3 months. <br /> Walls in employee break room are in disrepair. Base was removed. Provide by 1-3 months a fresh coat of paint and rubber <br /> base. <br /> Room were liquor is stored has carpet. Remove Carpet, immediately. <br /> Sheet linoleum in kitchen (in front of walk in cooler/freezer)and in mop sink room are in disrepair. Replace floor by 1-3 <br /> months. New floors shall be up to code. <br /> Wall in walk in cooler has rust Remove rust as much as possible and paint with metal paint by 1 month. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored, and washable surfaces. Allfloor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
