EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) has performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> (ESA) in general accordance with the scope of work and limitations of ASTM Standard Practice E1527-13, <br /> the Environmental Protection Agency Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) (40 CFR <br /> Part 312) and set forth by the most recent version of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) <br /> Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) 50 10 5 for the property located at 1325 EI Pinal Drive in the City of <br /> Stockton, San Joaquin County, California (the "subject property"). The Phase I Environmental Site <br /> Assessment is designed to provide JL Precision with an assessment concerning environmental conditions <br /> (limited to those issues identified in the report) as they exist at the subject property. <br /> Property Description <br /> The subject property is located on the northeastern corner of EI Pinal Drive and West Lane Frontage Road <br /> within a mixed commercial and light industrial area of San Joaquin County.
