Specific limitations and exceptions to this ESA are more specifically set forth below: • Interviews with past owners, operators and occupants were not reasonably ascertainable and thus constitute a data gap. Based on information obtained from other historical sources (as discussed in Section 3.0), this data gap is not expected to alter the findings of this assessment. • Partner requested information relative to deed restrictions and environmental liens, a title search, and completion of a pre-survey questionnaire from the Report User. This information was not provided at the time of the assessment. • Partner submitted Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for information pertaining to hazardous substances, underground storage tanks, releases, inspection records, etc. for the subject property and/or adjacent properties. As of this writing, this agency has not responded to Partner's request for records associated with hazardous materials and hazardous wastes.
