Cristin Williams <br /> at 12 department stores in Northern England and Wales. Many properties had long histories of use (200+ <br /> years) and were significantly impacted with a variety of environmental issues, including asbestos and mold. <br /> NOAH Research Facility, Honolulu, Hawaii. As part of a facility upgrade and relocation, Ms. Williams <br /> performed a Phase I ESA at an oceanfront NOAA Research Facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. She worked closely <br /> with Hawaiian regulatory agencies to research the site's extensive history,which included former use as part <br /> of a landfill. <br /> Cell Tower Sites, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin & Missouri. Working for a major <br /> telecommunications provider client, Ms.Williams performed Phase I ESAs for multi-site portfolios of current <br /> and prospective cell tower sites. <br /> Trucking Facility and Storage Yard, Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Williams performed a Phase I ESA at a 2.15-acre <br /> property,which had operated as an industrial trucking facility for over 60 years. Site issues included storage <br /> of significant quantities of motor oil and antifreeze, use of an onsite junkyard for abandoned vehicles, and <br /> underground storage tank (UST) use. <br /> Multi-family Apartment Development, Danville, Illinois. Ms. Williams performed a Housing and Urban <br /> Development (HUD) Phase I ESA at a 20.25-acre, 30-building, multi-family residential apartment complex <br /> in East-Central Illinois. Site issues included flooding concerns, mold growth, and asbestos-containing <br /> material. <br /> Commercial Shopping Center, Wabash, Indiana. In connection with a property transaction, Ms. Williams <br /> completed a Phase I ESA and PCA at 14-acre commercial retail plaza, which was constructed in 1965. To <br /> eliminate site history data gaps, Ms.Williams conducted extensive interviews with building tenants—several <br /> of whom were found to possess several decades of site history information. <br /> Phase II ESA and Environmental Compliance Projects <br /> Former Glass Manufacturing Facility, Millville, New Jersey. As part of monitoring associated with a 45-acre <br /> legacy environmental site, Ms. Williams assisted with several rounds of environmental fieldwork, which <br /> included low-flow groundwater sampling, soil sampling, groundwater well installation, and wetland <br /> measurement. <br /> Metal Plating Facility, Loves Park, Illinois. Ms. Williams performed a Phase I and Phase II ESA at a metal <br /> plating facility in an industrial area of Loves Park, Illinois. The property had been performing metal-plating <br /> operations for over 50 years. <br /> Industrial Stormwater Sampling Waukegan, IL & Marshalltown, IA. Ms. Williams performed National <br /> Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) stormwater sampling at two manufacturing facilities. <br /> Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan Development, Nebraska.
