Her <br /> responsibilities include a variety of due diligence services, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments <br /> (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs). Ms. Williams is very familiar with the <br /> American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM) E1527-13 standard and US Environmental Protection <br /> Agency (EPA) All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule, and assists with internal quality assurance review of <br /> outgoing Phase I ESA reports. <br /> Ms. Williams began her environmental career as a Biological Technician with the National Park Service. In <br /> this position, Ms.Williams conducted laboratory analysis of Lake Michigan water, evaluating E. coli bacteria <br /> content and other critical parameters. Additionally, she assisted with yearly sediment surveys, fish <br /> population analysis, and inland lake bathymetry. <br /> In 2012, Ms. Williams transitioned to the environmental due diligence field, and underwent 40-hour <br /> HAZWOPER and ESA training. Ms.Williams has performed Phase I ESAs at over 350 industrial, commercial, <br /> and residential properties, including auto repair facilities, manufacturing facilities, multi-family residential <br /> apartments, and dry cleaners. Ms. Williams also has experience performing Phase II subsurface soil, <br /> groundwater, and soil gas assessments at properties impacted with petroleum products, chlorinated <br /> solvents, and metals. Additionally, after completing multiple PCA training courses early 2015, Ms.Williams <br /> has performed PCAs at several multi-unit retail centers, commercial office buildings, and medical facilities. <br /> Project Experience <br /> Ms. Williams has five years of experience performing due diligence assessments at a wide variety of <br /> properties. A brief summary of her project experience is provided below: <br /> Phase I ESA and PCA Projects <br /> Industrial Meat Processing Facility Bridgeview, Illinois. Ms. Williams completed a Phase I ESA at a 12-acre <br /> FDA meat processing facility, which was found to have a long history of industrial use.
