3.1 Aerial Photograph Review <br /> Partner obtained available aerial photographs of the subject property and surrounding area from <br /> Environmental Data Resources (EDR) on April 24, 2017. The following observations were noted to be <br /> visible on the subject property and adjacent properties during the aerial photograph review: <br /> ►a 00 <br /> Subject Property: The northeastern portion of the subject property is crossed by a former road; the <br /> remainder of the subject property appears undeveloped and covered with native <br /> grasses and a few trees. <br /> North: A continuation of the small road noted on the subject property, followed by a small <br /> building that appears to be a house. <br /> South: Agricultural land across an unpaved road <br /> East: Two small buildings interpreted as houses. <br /> West: Undeveloped land followed by West Lane.
