During the site reconnaissance, a 5-gallon bucket <br /> of waste machine oil was observed in the suite currently occupied by Specialized Engineering. <br /> Based on visual observations made during Partner's site reconnaissance, it appears to be likely <br /> that the hazardous waste referenced in the 2011 HAZNET listing was machine oil, which is <br /> generated during routine servicing of their machinery. Given that Partner's records research has <br /> not identified any spill or release events associated with the subject property, and based on the <br /> observed good condition of the subject property floor surfaces, which did not contain floor drains <br /> or any significant cracking or staining, the subject property's 2011 HAZNET listing does not <br /> appear to represent a significant environmental concern for the subject property. <br /> 4.2.3 Adjacent Property Listings <br /> The adjacent properties to the north, east, south, and west are listed in the regulatory database report, as <br /> discussed below: <br /> • The adjacent property, identified as "Auto Inspector&Appraisa" at 2538 West Lane 19, is located <br /> adjacent to the north of the subject property. This site is listed on the EDR Historical Auto Station <br /> Database as a facility identified in city directories as a possible auto station site. It is listed in the <br /> city directories dated 1999, 2000, and 2001 as Mendozas Auto Body & Paint, and was also listed <br /> in the 1999 city directory as 20 Vierras Paint & Auto Body Auto Repair.
