4.2.4 Sites of Concern Listings
The property to the northwest is identified a UST and SLIC site in the regulatory database report, as
discussed below:
• The property, identified as American Moulding and Millwork at 2801 N. West Lane, is located
approximately 0.12 mile to the northwest of the subject property, and situated hydrologically
cross- to upgradient. This site reported on the UST Database as having nine closed petroleum
USTs. This site also appears on the SLIC Database as having identified dioxins, fuels, and metal
impacts in the soil. The SLIC case was closed in 2015. Based on the soil-only impact, closed
status, and the distance from the subject property, this listing is not expected to represent a
significant environmental concern and it is unlikely that a regulatory file review for this site would
alter the findings of this assessment.
4.2.5 Orphan Listings
Eight orphan listings are identified in the regulatory database report. Based on the limited information
provided for the location and names of the listed orphan sites, none appear to be located within 0.5 mile
of the subject property or in the upgradient direction. These orphan listings are not expected to represent
a significant environmental concern and it is unlikely that a regulatory file review for this site would alter
the findings of this assessment.
Based on the findings, vapor migration is not expected to represent a significant environmental concern
at this time.
A copy of the regulatory database report is included in Appendix C of this report.
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment PARTNER
Project No. 17-184702.1
May 10,2017
Page 21
