SANJOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> DONS CYCLE WORKS 1 540 N GRANT ST, STOCKTON July 19, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 110 CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep signed copy of manifests from the designated facility for three years. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Copies of uniform manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for used oil and used paper oil <br /> filters were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION: Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility <br /> and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available <br /> for review. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years,maintain <br /> them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Copies of hazardous waste disposal records for used oil and used paper oil filters were not <br /> found on site. <br /> REGULATION: Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility <br /> and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available <br /> for review. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain <br /> them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> OBSERVATIONS: A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)for the hazardous waste <br /> program has not been made. <br /> REGULATION: Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to <br /> existing)hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately create a CERS account and make the required submittals.
