<br /> - During site visits to 1000 and 1015 E Channel St . , Stockton CA 10/2015 Leon identified hazardous waste on site that
<br /> had been transported from this location by his employees .
<br /> -Items identified in photos from the inspection reports dated 2013 and 2014 were identified at the facilities on Channel
<br /> St. , Stockton CA as hazardous waste .

<br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control to transport hazardous waste . Immediately begin using a registered
