Install a test manifold in the base tank <br /> 3.Soap the entire exterior of the tank of the tank,it may be pressure tested and in each end compartment. <br /> (not applicable for a double-wall tank), as in Single-Wall(or Primary)Tank 2.Pressurize the base tank and the end <br /> including all service fittings and steps 1-6. compartments)as in a Single-Wall <br /> manways when present.
