Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. Provide proof of correction to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD)within 30 days. This is a Class II violation. 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not submitted in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. When submitting this information, log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The required Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for one 55-gallon container of cleaning solvent, observed in the hazardous material storage area, were not submitted. Furthermore, the hazard class categories for the remaining inventory chemicals were inaccurate in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). This information must be current reflecting all the onsite chemicals above the threshold quantities (reportable total quantities in most cases are 500 pounds for a solid,55 gallons for a liquid, and 200 cubic feet for a gas) and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct and updated information for all onsite chemicals exceeding the reportable quantities, and submit to the EHD for approval.
