As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. Provide proof of correction to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification <br /> page. <br /> The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not submitted in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. This <br /> information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. When submitting this information, log <br /> into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or <br /> updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> The required Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for one 55-gallon container of cleaning solvent, observed <br /> in the hazardous material storage area, were not submitted. Furthermore, the hazard class categories for the <br /> remaining inventory chemicals were inaccurate in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> This information must be current reflecting all the onsite chemicals above the threshold quantities <br /> (reportable total quantities in most cases are 500 pounds for a solid,55 gallons for a liquid, and 200 cubic <br /> feet for a gas) and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the CERS at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct and updated information for all onsite chemicals exceeding the <br /> reportable quantities, and submit to the EHD for approval.
