S A N J O A U I Environmental Health Department <br /> — C)U NTY— <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> F-FD ORCHARDS 21360 E WALNUT DR, LINDEN September 01, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 16 HSC 25507.1 Failed to electronically submit ER plan when not meeting Ag handler exemption <br /> requirements. <br /> This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response procedures <br /> in the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS); the hazardous materials inventory was not <br /> submitted annually and the training was not provided. <br /> To meet this exemption, a farming business shall: <br /> -annually submit the Hazardous Materials Inventory <br /> - mark each building that stores any pesticides, petroleum fuels and oil, or fertilizers with warning signs <br /> - provide training for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of <br /> a hazardous material. <br /> Immediately take all steps to meet the requirements for exemption from filing emergency response <br /> procedures, or log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, and upload emergency response procedures <br /> for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or <br /> damage to persons, property, or the environment <br /> -evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site. <br /> Provide proof of correction to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> FA0005157 PRO525874 SCO01 09/01/2020 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.8/11/2020 Page 4 of 5 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
