(ARCADIS) is pleased to submit this Addendum to the <br /> Preliminary Endangerment Assessment(PEA)Work Plan ("Addendum")for the Phone: <br /> Gordon Research Company Property located at 1085 South Union Road in Manteca, 916.786.0320 <br /> San Joaquin County, California ("the Site"). The PEA Work Plan, dated July 6, 2010 <br /> ("Work Plan";ARCADIS 2010), was approved by the Department of Toxic Email. <br /> Substances Control (DTSC). Alan.Gibbs <br /> @arcadis-us.com <br /> This Addendum was prepared by ARCADIS on behalf of the DTSC in general Our ret: <br /> accordance with the DTSC guidelines as detailed in the PEA Guidance Manual ("the RV009808.0000 <br /> DTSC PEA Guidance Manual"; DTSC 1999). The scope of work is presented in <br /> accordance with DTSC Contract Agreement No. 09-T9057 A2. <br /> Purpose and Objective <br /> The purpose of the Addendum is to provide the scope of work requested by the <br /> DTSC to implement the following tasks: 1)conduct additional soil sampling,- <br /> 2) <br /> ampling;2)sample the on-site domestic water well; 3)conduct weed abatement; and 4) repair <br /> the fence at designated locations. <br /> The objective is to finalize the PEA fieldwork and prepare a PEA Report. Based on <br /> the information developed during the PEA, the DTSC will then make an informed <br /> decision regarding potential risks posed by the Site.
