UST Tank Information forms are not current in CERS. -The 87 and 91 tank forms incorrectly states that only ball floats are being used for overfill prevention. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. -The monitoring plans do not have a second person having responsibility. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The map includes annular spaces but does not include the annular sensors. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. This is a minor violation. 201 CCR 2712(b) Failure to maintain monitoring, maintenance, and follow up action records. Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. -Alarm logs/monitoring records were not available for the L7 (91 fill sump)fuel alarm on 5/16/19 These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. This is a minor violation.
