He <br /> said that he has issued our permit(he will send us a scanned copy) and that we are set to do the well <br /> install tomorrow. However, he said that he has a couple high priority sites that might take up his whole <br /> day tomorrow, so he may not be able to make it out for an inspection, in which case we are ok to do the <br /> well install without him.
