SR0078213 <br /> The permit application to install an underground storage tank ( UST) system at the above noted <br /> address was received by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) October 2 , <br /> 2017 . In order for this permit application review to continue , a detailed addendum and revised sheets <br /> for plans (as applicable) must be provided for the following deficiencies . Note : if deficiencies are found <br /> on future submittals , then a new deficiency letter will be issued . <br /> 1 . The permit application is incomplete . The application for the underground storage tank installation <br /> packet needs to be completed . On the tank forms submitted , Xerxes tanks are proposed . <br /> However, the site plan list containment solutions as the tank purposed . Clarify which tanks are <br /> going to be used for the install and submit the correct tank forms . The fire department permit <br /> number needs to also be included in the permit application . In addition , an ELD work plan was not <br /> submitted with the permit packet . Submit an ELD work plan for review by EHD . <br /> 2 . The submitted buoyancy calculations need to be signed and stamped by a professional engineer <br /> (per permit conditions) . Submit copies to the EHD that meet this requirement . <br /> 3 . No tank charts and overfill calculations were received with the permit application . Submit the charts <br /> and calculations to the EHD for review as part of the permit application . <br /> 4 . No certifications for the tank installer and service technician were received . Submit information <br /> detailing who will be performing all of the work and testing along with their certifications . <br /> 5 . A map showing the location of the wells , sceptic a systems , etc. needs to be included ( per page 4 of <br /> the EHD permit application ) , revise and resubmit . <br /> 6 . The locations of the vacuum zones need to be clearly drawn on the site plans and labeled . In <br /> addition , please identify the vacuum zone sensor locations on the site map . <br /> 7 . Clarify how vacuum continuity will be tested with every end termination of piping . <br /> 8 . Clarify how brine continuity will be tested in the fill sumps , submersible turbine pump (STP) sumps , <br /> and the under dispenser containment (UDC) units . <br /> 9 . Clarify which overfill prevention method (s) are going to be used on the permit application and the <br /> drawings . <br /> 1868 E .
