He will also be inspecting the decommissioned wells to assure that they have been <br /> destroyed in accordance with SJCEHD Well Standards. <br /> Once the work is completed RSI Drilling, who MSE has subcontracted to implement the decommissioning, will <br /> prepare and submit a well destruction report on DWR Form 188. MSE will prepare a Well Decommissioning and <br /> Site Closure Report and PG&E will submit this report to SJCEHD and CVRWQCB. <br /> Thank you for your assistance with rescission of WDR 96-176 and for the additional cooperation and support you <br /> have provided throughout this project.
