Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. -Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan -Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. -UST system is not operated to prevent unauthorized release, including spills and overfills. Overfill prevention equipment inspection report was scheduled to be performed on 3/5/19, per the operator, GurenderJeet Sandhu,the inspection was conducted but calculations are not completed on the 87 product tank. An Overfill prevention equipment inspection report form has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS).A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test. Immediately provide this report to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 204 CCR 2712(1) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 205 CCR 2712(1), 2634(e) Failure to submit a current UST Response Plan and have it available onsite. A copy of an approved response plan was not found on site at the time of inspection. The response plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). Immediately log into CERS, upload the completed form, and submit for review by the EHD. Ensure a copy is available for inspection at any time. This is a minor violation.
