The Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires that the facility install a <br /> misting system that uses odor masking/neutralizing agents. The system shall be <br /> installed and operational prior to actual operation of the facility. <br /> M. The EHD requires that the facility establish an account for the disposal of the manure <br /> in a landfill permitted to accept this type of waste. The facility will be allowed to <br /> maintain the manure onsite in accordance with the approved Manure Management <br /> Plan. However, if the facility is unable to find an approved reuse for the manure <br /> within 6 months, the manure must be disposed of in the landfill. The facility shall <br /> provide the EHD with a report showing the final deposition of the manure, whether <br /> by land application at agronomic rates or landfill disposal. The report shall be <br /> submitted to the EHD by the first day of February following the previous calendar <br /> year. <br />
