<br /> 4/14 Move in KDY Rig# 1 and rig up, Found the well with Opsi tubing and 0 psi casing. Take on water, and
<br /> pump 43 barrels of fresh water down 4.5" casing and pump down annulus, pressured up to 500psi. Full.
<br /> Remove production tree, Inspect tubing hanger, Install production tree. Secure rig.

<br /> 4/15 Remove Injection tree, Install 7 1/16", 5M BOP, nipple up and test to 2000psi. Unset packer, remove
<br /> casing hanger, circulate, POOH laying down 4.5" casing ( 84 joints and 1 PIP Packer). Measure, Rabbit
<br /> and pickup 2 3/8"4.7#, J-55, ELIE, Used tubing to 2972', tagged hard fill, attempt to circulate out.( EPA
<br /> declared that would be deep enough to cement). Pull 5 stands and secure rig.

<br /> 4116 Rih and tag bottom tW 2972', Circulate hole clean, Rig up MMI Cementers, Equalize 150 sacks of"G"
<br /> Cement premixed with 2% CaC12, CIP @ 10:00, Pull up to 2000' and reverse circulate clean, pull 5
<br /> stands and Wait on Cement 4 hours. Rih, tag hard cement Q 2269', Circulate, Rig up MMI Cementers,
<br /> Equalize 240 sacks of"G"Cement, premixed with 0.1% retarder(aD_2269'. Pull up to 950' and reverse
<br /> circulate clean, Pull 5 stands and secure rig.

<br /> 4/17 Rih and tag top of cement A- 1067', POH laying down excess tubing, Rig up MMI Cementers and
<br /> Equalize 191 sacks of"G" Cement, the first 50 sacks premixed with CAC12, the remaining 141 "G"
<br /> cement @ 1067', POH laying down tubing. Wait 4 hours on cement, pickup 6 joints of tubing and tag top
<br /> of cement @ 165 . Equalize 32 sacks of cement, pull out laying down tubing and fill hole with cement.
<br /> Remove BOP, Rig down the rig, clean out washout pit and secure well.

<br /> 4118 Cut off wellhead, dig out cement on top of cellar and dig 5' below ground level, Found the cement 5'
<br /> below, mix 2 sacks of cement and weld '/z" plate on 7" casing 5' below ground level, Back fill cellar, clean
<br /> pit, prep to move.
