UST Tank Information forms for the 87 and 91 tanks are not current in CERS . The Tank forms for the 87 and 91 tanks incorrectly list the riser as "fiberglass" . Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes . Immediately log into CERS , update the required information , and submit for review by the EHD . This is a Class II violation . 105 CCR 2632(d) ( 1 ) , 2634(d ) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan . The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD . The monitoring plans for all tanks incorrectly list the piping secondary containment as "dry" . The 91 monitoring plan lists the UDC panel as a TLS350R ; the 87 and diesel monitoring plans list the UDC panel as a TLS350. The panel observed is a TLS 350R . The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) . Immediately log into CERS , make the necessary changes , and submit for review by the EHD . This is a minor violation . 107 CCR 2632 (d) , 2641 ( h ) , 2711 (a ) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed . An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted . The monitoring site plan does not include piping and the legend does not match the symbols used . A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed .
