Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site: -Previous alarm logs of the monitoring panel were not found. -The 2018 Monitoring System Certification Test results -Secondary Containment Test results -Overfill Test results These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD. This is a minor violation. 204 CCR 2712(i)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 205 CCR 2712(i), 2634(e)Failure to submit a current UST Response Plan and have it available onsite. An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. This is a minor violation. 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. The following was observed on the designated operator's monthly inspection reports: -The"N/NA"in sections VII through XI were not fully explained on the inspection reports. -Reports were missing date, name and signature of the UST owner/operator. During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designed operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. This is a minor violation. 210 CCR 2716(f)DO monthly reports not maintained on site for 12 months or for 36 months(after October 1, 2018). Past designated operator monthly inspection reports were not found on site. December 2018-June 2019 were the only reports that was reviewed during the inspection. Designated operator monthly inspection reports for the previous twelve months shall be retained on site. Locate and ensure that copies of the previous twelve months of designated operator monthly inspection reports are maintained on site. This is a minor violation.
