Date: 02/24/2021 <br /> Manufacturer training: Veeder Root, 04/04/21;VMI, 03/29/21; SB, 05/22/20 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> on site to witness the following: <br /> -60 minute hydrostatic testing, 5 gallon capacity, proper drainage, in the 87 product and diesel product spill containers. Both <br /> passed.The 91 product spill container had a tear on the side and failed testing. The spill container is in a monitor sump. <br /> Replace the 91 product spill container with an operating spill container. <br /> -Sensor functionality was tested with passing results on the 87 product, 91 product, diesel product STP and fill sumps, UCD <br /> 1/2, UDC 3/4, UDC 5/6 and UDC 7/8,vent sump, 87 product annular, and 91 product/diesel product annular. <br /> -Primary piping test with passing results was conducted by Felix Ramirez Tank Tester#80-1740 expiration date 5/31/20, ICC <br /> service technician expiration date 11/7/20 on the 87 product, 91 product and diesel product pipe. <br /> -Brine levels were verified in the 87 product and 91 product/diesel product tanks during today's inspection. <br /> -Leak detector testing with passing results on the 87 product, 91 product, diesel product piping. <br /> -Verification of activation of external audible and visual when tank is 90%full. Please not that secondary containment testing of <br /> the vent piping has not been conducted therefore audible and visual cannot be used as the only means of overfill prevention <br /> equipment at this site. <br /> -verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment(UDCs)sumps. Deflector plates were <br /> being used to meet this requirements due to fuel filters being outside the foot prints of the UDC. <br /> The facility may operate the 87 product, 91 product and diesel product UST system at this time. <br /> This service request is not completed at this time.A six month secondary containment retest is required after installation of the <br /> components.Test results for all testing conducted are required to be submitted to EHD within 30 days of testing.
