The 87 product, 91 product, diesel product overfill <br /> prevention system is not currently functional. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the <br /> component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 <br /> product, 91 product and diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The report was amended by th <br /> EHD. The amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> NOTE: n <br /> violation 113 CCR 2638(c), 2638(d) Failure to submit "Monitoring System Certification Form" within 30 days of <br /> completion of the test was accidentally checked marked on the check list.
