A yellow spill pallet wa observed in the shop containing a dark liquid waste without a lid; a drum of <br /> oil and a drum of cleaner w re observed stored on the pallet. A spill pallet was observed in the outside <br /> storage area containing oily liquid without a lid; 5 gallon buckets of oil were observed stored on the pallet. <br /> All hazardous waste contain rs shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br /> Immediately close these co tainers, or place these wastes in closed containers, and ensure all <br /> hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> 605. A yellow spill pallet waobserved unlabeled in the shop containing a dark liquid waste; a drum of oil <br /> and a drum of cleaner were bserved stored on the pallet. A spill pallet was observed unlabeled in the <br /> outside storage area contai ing oily liquid; 5 gallon buckets of oil were observed stored on the pallet.
