REGULATION GUIDANCE : The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste : the name and emergency telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material , and the telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm . CORRECTIVE ACTION : The issue was corrected during the inspection by Gerardo Mora , General Manager, who posted the required information at the time of inspection . No further action is required to correct this issue . 3 . OBSERVATION : A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted at the facility . REGULATION GUIDANCE : The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that arise . The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste : the name and emergency telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material , and the telephone number of the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm . Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation , and any supporting paperwork , by 10/ 16/2020 . To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign .
