1 ELEUEn ■ 1 alarms include : S 1 ( 87 product) 9/26/ 18 no vacuum alarm. You requested that the documentation be located and placed onsite . Resolution 5 : The RGECS was onsite on 9/30/2019 and confirmed that the documentation is attached to the 10/05/2018 Designated Operator inspection located in the White UST binder. A copy of the designated operator inspection, alarm history, and work order have been attached for your reference . Item 6 : On your inspection report you fuel was found to be dripping under Disp 5/6 . You requested that the leak be repaired by a properly licensed, trained and certified contractor. Resolution 6 : Walton Engineering inspected Disp 5/6 and found no leaks . Work order has been attached for your reference. Item 7 : On your inspection report that liquid was found in the 91 Fill sump and stated that Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. You requested that the sump be made water tight. Resolution 7 : The sump was examined by Walton engineering on 10/08/2019 . Walton ordered the necessary items for the repair and completed the job once the parts are received . I will follow up with you after the job is complete . This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7-Eleven assumes that all issues regarding this report have been resolved and are closed at this time.
