Removed approximately 2 cups of liquid from both the 87 and 91 spill containers . Placed all removed liquid in to a Walton supplied liquid haz drum ASD — 10-8-19 Content '/4 Full . Monitor reads all function normal upon departure. 10/11 /19 Performed JSA and uploaded to Walton work order. 10/11 /19 On site to investigate water intrusion to 91 STP sump . During removal of cover noted heavy condensation on collar seal, the interior under side of sump collar and spill container liners. Removed 1 gallon liquid from sump and placed in liquid hazmat drum . Drum is 1 /4 full with ASD 10-8- 19. During investigation noted a piece of fiberglass chipped off of interior edge of sump collar. Also noted gravel around collar at dispenser side is damp and rest of gravel around sump was dry. See Pictures. Will need 2 men and confined space for further investigation and possible fiberglass repair. No other evidence of possible leaks was noted . Cover seals and gaskets were tight and in good condition . Monitor states all functions normal . 10/15/19 JSA has been completed and uploaded to the Walton work order. 10/15/19 Arrived on site to investigate water intrusion in the 91 fill sump . Upon arrival opened up 91 fill sump to investigate water intrusion . Found condensation under white fiberglass lid , cleaned all condensation under lid and sump walls . Found the white fiberglass lid to have a crack going down the outer edge witch creates the water tight seal . Used two part epoxy to repair crack and re-establish A water tight seal on lid . Monitor reads all functions normal upon departure. Open Problems: 10/ 11 /19 2 men and confined space for further troubleshooting and fiberglass repair.
