A copy of these plans shall be <br /> accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. <br /> The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br /> -Section V on the 2/22/2019 and 3/22/2019 inspection reports were missing owner/operator's description of <br /> follow-up actions about scheduling an overfill prevention test. <br /> During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the <br /> UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designated <br /> operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 306 CCR 2630(d) Monitoring equipment is not installed or maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> The flexible piping and jumper hoses were observed in both 87 and 91 products in all UDCs preventing a leak to be <br /> detected at the earliest opportunity. Any potential release from the primary containment into the secondary <br /> containment in the 87 product and 91 product piping does not flow into a UDC collection sump to detect a leak at <br /> the earliest opportunity. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to ensure that any <br /> releases in the 87 product and 91 product piping flows into the nearest sump for a leak to be detected at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. Ensure that all monitoring equipment is maintained to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 320 CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention. <br /> Overfill prevention testing was conducted on 3/27/19. This test was required to be conducted by October 13, 2018. <br /> Ensure all future test is conducted within required time frames. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The monitoring system certification was conducted today, on 3/27/2019 and was not witnessed by EHD. <br /> Looked inside all sumps and UDCs. Verified sensor locations and piping communication. Paperwork inspection <br /> was completed on 6/7/2019. A complete report was provided at that time. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
