The project applicant shall implement the provisions of the litter control <br /> program during Project operations. <br /> C. Inspections and monitoring would be conducted by the EHSD. <br /> #22 MM 4.5-11. As part of the Report of Disposal Site Prior to commencement of Environmental Health <br /> 4.5-10 Information (RDSI), the applicant shall develop operations permitted by Services Department <br /> Standard Operating Procedures for extreme weather in planning approvals, and <br /> consultation with County Environmental Health during subsequent operations. <br /> Services Department. The Procedures will define how <br /> operations will be modified or curtailed during high <br /> winds and low visibility conditions. <br /> Steps to Compliance: <br /> A. The project applicant shall develop proposed Standard Operating <br /> Procedures for extreme weather in the Report of Disposal Site <br /> Information in consultation with EHSD. <br /> B. Upon approval of the Report of Disposal Site Information, the project <br /> applicant shall incorporate these provisions into the landfill facility's <br /> health and safety plans, and implement them during extreme weather <br /> events. <br /> 20 <br /> Final Board of Supervisors 3/15/16 <br />
