Steps to Compliance: <br /> A. The project applicant shall submit a Report of Waste Discharge to the <br /> RWQCB for subsequent issuance of Waste Discharge Requirements <br /> (WDR) and provide evidence to EHSD of such submittal. <br /> B. The project applicant shall submit copies of the'WDR to the Kern <br /> County Planning Department to demonstrate that all the applicable <br /> waste landfill siting, geologic, and construction standards have been <br /> met. <br /> C. Leachate collection and recovery system project plans shall be <br /> submitted to the RWQCB and EHSD for approval. Evidence of the <br /> RWQCB's and EHSD's approval shall be provided to the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> D. Leachate management would be conducted in compliance with all <br /> regulatory requirements. Copies of all required sampling, analysis and <br /> reuse/disposal of leachate shall be provided to the Planning Department <br /> and EHSD. <br /> E. The project applicant shall perform quarterly sampling and analysis of <br /> the groundwater monitoring well network, the results of which will be <br /> included in the annual report submitted to the RWQCB, the Kern <br /> County Planning Department, and the EHSD. Inspections and <br /> monitoring will be conducted by the RWQCB and the EHSD. <br /> #24 MM 4.6-2.
